$5.7 million is the asking price for Danny's South, a longtime Orchard Park game-day restaurant now listed just before Monday's Hamburg Town Board rezoning vote.
Owner Mark Ebeling said the sale follows 29 years in business and is driven by a desire to spend more time with family, not redevelopment alone.
Monday's proposal would clear the way for more commercial projects around the new Highmark Stadium, including hotels, restaurants and retail, as construction and infrastructure work already reshape Abbott Road.
That broader buildout is aimed at turning the Buffalo Bills' new stadium area into a year-round entertainment district, while residents also press for sidewalks and better lighting on game days.
