At least 7 people were killed and 22 wounded when an Israeli strike hit a funeral in Gaza's Nuseirat refugee camp, according to Awda Hospital.
Israel's military said it targeted a Palestinian Islamic Jihad "terrorist cell" at the gathering and acknowledged civilians may have been harmed.
Earlier Friday, a separate strike killed 2 people at the funeral's outset, while other attacks across Gaza left 5 more dead, local officials said.
The funeral strike came despite an October ceasefire with Hamas; Gaza's Health Ministry says 1,123 people have been killed since it took effect.
Israel has stepped up attacks in recent weeks, and ACLED counted 40 militant-targeting strikes in June — the highest monthly total since the ceasefire began.
