Marvel Magic Set Hits $300 Million Fastest as Hasbro Q2 Revenue Rises 27%

Chris Cocks said the Marvel set launched with a bigger allocation, strong sell-through and reorders, but 2025’s Final Fantasy release still leads as Magic’s biggest set overall because of stronger follow-up and ancillary products.
Hasbro is also pitching Magic as a long-duration franchise rather than a niche hobby, saying tabletop and digital Magic revenue has compounded more than 17% annually since 2009 and MTG Arena has generated nearly $1 billion since 2019.
Looking ahead, Cocks said three unannounced Universes Beyond sets are due in 2027, while broader digital investments are aimed more at 2028 and beyond.
