The DOJ has said its criminal investigation remains ongoing, and Khanna said he is also seeking its findings while warning he could subpoena Fuyao if the company does not cooperate.
Fuyao, which says it holds about 35% of the global auto-glass market and supplies Ford, GM, BMW and Volkswagen, now faces broader scrutiny as lawmakers weigh labor, trade and national-security concerns.
