Pennsylvania State Police said Kenroy Anthony Cummings, 25, was criminally charged after a 27-year-old man was fatally shot Friday during a reported domestic incident in Allen Township.
Troopers were dispatched around 1:45 p.m. to Old Gate Road, found the victim shot, and Northampton Regional EMS took him to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 2:45 p.m.
State police said Cummings fled in a 2023 orange Kia Forte, ignored an attempted traffic stop near Race Street and Airport Road in Hanover Township, then drove back to the scene and was arrested without incident.
