Players' Lounge has added ProphetX's CFTC-regulated prediction market exchange, letting eligible users trade event contracts tied to real-world sports outcomes on the gaming platform.
The rollout starts with major U.S. professional leagues, including the NFL and NBA, giving the partnership an initial focus on high-volume sports events.
ProphetX said the exchange runs as a two-sided marketplace, positioning the launch as a regulated venue for sports-based event trading within Players' Lounge's ecosystem.
