Jon Stewart used his Monday monologue to tear into Donald Trump’s hour-long White House Correspondents’ Dinner speech, calling his joke delivery rambling, awkward and effectively unfunny.
Stewart said Trump no longer knows what is actually funny because he has spent years surrounded by aides and allies who reward even bad jokes with automatic laughter.
Trump’s most controversial moment came when he again told CNN’s Kaitlan Collins she should smile more, then said he had confused her with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney.
