Anyscale, founded by the team behind the open-source Project Ray framework, shifted after GPT-3’s 2022 debut toward services for large language model deployment and said revenue rose 70% sequentially last quarter.
The acquisition follows Nscale’s $2 billion Series C in March at a $14.6 billion valuation and comes as it expands compute partnerships with Microsoft, British Telecom and Nordcraft.
