Aug. 4 marks Duchess Meghan's 45th birthday, and USA TODAY used the occasion to revisit her fashion highlights from 2019 through 2026.
The retrospective opens with Meghan's Feb. 7, 2026 appearance at the Fifteen Percent Pledge fundraising gala in Los Angeles, where she wore a custom Harbison Studio gown.
2025 and 2024 looks featured prominently, including her Time100 Summit appearance, a black strapless dress at Tyler Perry's gala, and a recycled Carolina Herrera red look at the Children's Hospital Los Angeles gala.
