Nuclear Quantum Develops Quantum Model for Gamma-Photon Simulations, Targeting 1 Nuclear-Medicine Bottleneck

Summary
Nuclear Quantum said it can represent particle propagation and random-walk dynamics directly inside a quantum computation for nuclear-medicine simulations, a step aimed at encoding gamma-photon histories on quantum systems.
Those simulations are a major bottleneck because conventional particle-transport models demand heavy computing resources and long runtimes during nuclear-medicine system design and optimization.
The work also establishes the quantum oracle needed for future Grover-inspired algorithms, giving the company a base to search and analyze photon-transport pathways more efficiently.
Quantum X Labs, listed on Nasdaq as QXL, said its subsidiary will extend the model to more complex transport scenarios and test whether it can deliver faster, more precise and more scalable commercial simulation tools.
