The move comes as Suno fights lawsuits from UMG and Sony in an RIAA-coordinated case and after a German court sided with GEMA in a copyright dispute late last month.
Suno, which raised $400 million in June, is also facing fallout from a November 2025 breach that Have I Been Pwned said exposed 55 million users and triggered a Massachusetts class action.
