Jax Taylor said Brittany Cartwright's TV claims were "blatant lies," insisting he has never missed court-scheduled time with their son Cruz and was back in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
In an Instagram comment, Taylor said public records show he has Cruz every Wednesday and on weekends, and accused Cartwright of blocking access because she is angry over personal issues.
Cartwright had told "Watch What Happens Live" that Taylor skipped court-appointed parenting time to be in Canada with his new girlfriend, her former publicist Lori Krebs, and said he harasses her on their parenting app.
Taylor said the ex-couple faces an emergency court hearing the next day, where he plans to present receipts for his claims as their custody dispute spills from reality TV into court.
