Summary
More than 40 U.S. companies have been contacted by Jamie Dimon since July as he pushes talks on AI use, risks and safeguards through an expanded Alliance for Critical Infrastructure.
August calls are being arranged with banks, tech groups and operators in energy, water, utilities, telecoms, airlines and railroads to build a shared view of vulnerabilities tied to rapid AI adoption.
The effort would also engage the Trump administration, with the alliance positioning itself as an industry forum to share information and identify emerging AI and technology risks.
JPMorgan helped found the alliance with members including Mastercard and Berkshire Hathaway Energy, and a team inside the group is now refocusing its work around AI alongside cyber, physical and geopolitical threats.
