$150 ChargeView 240W is now in preorder ahead of an Aug. 11 release, offering six USB-C ports and a screen that shows per-port or total power draw.
Two ports deliver up to 140W, two up to 100W, and two up to 30W, with the charger dynamically allocating power across devices up to its 240W ceiling.
Satechi pairs that output with PD 3.2 on the top two ports and PD 3.0 PPS on the other four, while built-in thermal throttling manages heat during heavy use.
The review praised the compact design, vertical or horizontal placement, and clear display, but flagged the lack of USB-A, no always-on screen option, and no internal temperature readout.
At the same $150 price point, the charger faces rivals from Anker and Ugreen, though the review said its simpler interface and vertical orientation help it stand out.
