Let’s Marry Harry differs from Jowsey’s earlier reality dating appearances by surrounding him with advisers who know him personally — Hassarati, Amanda Kloots and Sonny Henty — to help him avoid repeating old mistakes. Henty has said he joined because he did not trust others to guide Harry properly, while Kloots has supported him through grief after his father’s death in 2024. That loss appears central to why Jowsey wanted a tougher, more intimate support system. He has said his father’s death changed his outlook and made him want a serious partner, marriage and children. In that context, inviting an ex was less a gimmick than a way to add accountability: someone with firsthand knowledge of his flaws could better judge which contestant was right for the version of Jowsey he says he is trying to become.
