A July order from the administrative law judge flagged missing and shifting information, and other participants pressed the commission to revoke the filing after concerns surfaced during the CPCN proceeding.
The move is not a denial of the project itself—ATC can submit a new CPCN application—but it wipes out the current review timeline and cancels public hearings set for Aug. 18 in Fredonia and Aug. 19 in Kiel.
