ECS, EGX Draft Joint Plan to Woo Foreign Investors Through Roadshows in Selected Markets

The push will use ECS’s overseas commercial offices to connect EGX with financial institutions, investment funds and asset managers, aiming to lift foreign investment inflows.
EGX Chair Omar Radwan said the exchange is also working to improve market efficiency, diversify financial instruments and strengthen competitiveness to attract both domestic and foreign capital.
The initiative follows Investment Minister Mohamed Farid’s directive for closer coordination across state institutions to position Egypt as a leading regional investment destination and deepen the capital market.
