Overwatch Launches Season 4 on Aug. 11 With New Tank Hero D.Mon

Aug. 11 brings Overwatch Season 4, led by D.Mon — the first new tank since February’s Domina and a long-teased Meka Squad mech pilot from South Korea.
D.Mon adds a mobile melee tank style built around a plasma sword, shield, horizontal dash and Limit Break ultimate, with Blizzard positioning her as a space-maker for rush compositions.
Season 4 also refreshes Busan, Eichenwalde and Paraiso, while premium battle pass owners gain reward-swap options and older passes return at midseason.
Combat UI changes replace the traditional kill feed with In Combat Feedback, adding team status, tank “protect” stats, ally respawn visibility and clearer damage-credit tracking.
The update broadens Overwatch’s tank roster with a second Meka Squad hero, aiming to revive interest in the game’s least popular role through a more agile frontline option.
