The relisting marks the property’s fifth market attempt in three years, down from an initial $32 million ask in July 2023 and after earlier cuts to $29.99 million and $24.5 million failed to secure a buyer.
The 13,000-square-foot custom home has six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms; the couple bought the parcel for $15.6 million in 2018 and demolished the original house to build the current mansion.
Their stop-start sale has coincided with a move to another property: the couple have been staying in a Montecito home linked to Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom while a new custom house near Maria Shriver’s Brentwood home remains under construction.
