Summary
Prime Video will launch Reacher Season 4 on August 12 with three episodes, and Alan Ritchson says the season’s biggest twist lands unusually early — the main villain is exposed in Episode 4.
Season 4 adapts Lee Child’s 2009 novel Gone Tomorrow, opening in Philadelphia after Reacher witnesses a federal employee’s suicide on a subway and gets pulled into a conspiracy tied to Lila Hoth, her mother Amisha and Congressman John Sampson.
The first three episodes add Philly detective Tamara Green, three federal agents nicknamed Snap, Crackle and Pop, the victim’s cousin Jacob Merrick, and Sampson’s wife Elsbeth as the case widens.
Ritchson said the reveal does not end the mystery but sends the eight-episode season into something "completely mad," while promising heavier action, more blood and a more fallible Reacher than in past seasons.
