Samsung Cuts Galaxy Z Fold8 Prices by £170, Adds £752 Trade-Ins and 100-Day Watch Trials

Up to £170 is being knocked off select Galaxy Z Fold8 and Z Fold8 Ultra models bought through Samsung UK channels, with the launch offer running until Aug. 25.
Trade-ins are the bigger lever: Samsung is offering £30 to £752 toward the new foldables depending on the phone traded, capped at 60% of the product price before discount.
Galaxy Watch Ultra2 and Watch9 are also included, with smartwatch trade-ins worth £27 to £132 through Aug. 18 and a separate 15% bundle discount when bought with eligible Galaxy devices.
A 100-day Buy & Try program lets buyers of SIM-free Watch Ultra2 or Watch9 from participating retailers return them if unsatisfied, provided they buy by Sept. 8 and register within 30 days.
The offers show Samsung using discounts, trade-ins and trial periods across foldables and wearables to lower upgrade friction as it pushes its latest Galaxy lineup.
