$3 million in new court requests from Paris Jackson target Michael Jackson estate disbursements she says should be returned or reimbursed to the family.
The filing seeks $1.1 million for her legal fees and challenges about $2.85 million in gifts and other expenditures, arguing estate management prolonged the fight and authorized improper payments.
That push follows a Los Angeles judge's earlier ruling backing Paris and ordering executors John Branca and John McClain to return $625,000 in bonus payments to the estate.
The disputed bonuses were tied to 2018 payments to outside law firms that Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff said lacked proper justification and administrative oversight.
