Summary
August 13's inauguration by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has triggered an intensive beautification push on Amaravati's Seed Access Road, the capital's main arterial corridor.
ADC is planting 26 tree and plant species along the central median from the Undavalli steel bridge to the new bridge under construction across the Guntur Channel and Kondaveeti Vagu.
Another 21 advanced plant varieties are being installed at rotary sections on both sides of the Buckingham Canal in Undavalli, while canal banks are being finished with lawn grass and floral arrangements.
Large mature trees preserved at the ADC Translocation Centre in Ananthavaram are also being crane-lifted into key junctions, turning the road into a landscaped gateway for the capital region.
