Apple is preparing a wider smart-home lineup that goes beyond refreshes, adding a dedicated display hub, security camera and smart doorbell to its roadmap, according to 9to5Mac.
Siri AI upgrades appear central to the push, addressing a key weakness that had limited Home products and enabling more capable voice control and some on-device Apple Intelligence features.
Later this fall, refreshed HomePod mini and Apple TV 4K are expected with chip upgrades to S9 and A17 Pro, while prices may stay at $129 and $199.
A 7-inch square "HomePad" with an A18 chip and homeOS could arrive between October and early 2027 in wall-mounted or speaker-based versions for FaceTime, home controls and Siri.
Further out, Apple is also developing a larger HomePod and a 9-inch robotic-arm display, signaling a broader platform strategy rather than isolated hardware updates.
