39-year-old Belgian Sebastien Pocognoli has signed a two-year contract to replace Steve Clarke as Scotland men’s head coach.
The Scottish FA cast him as one of Europe’s brightest emerging coaches after he led Union Saint-Gilloise to a first league title in 90 years in 2024-25.
Pocognoli left Monaco at the end of last season after one Ligue 1 campaign, having finished seventh following his move from Union Saint-Gilloise.
