Fox News Digital Targets Smithsonian Exhibit Bias, Citing 3-to-1 Liberal Tilt

Fox News Digital said a tour of the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History found exhibits framing U.S. history through minority oppression and progressive political themes.
A historian cited in the report, Jody Edward Ginn, said one new exhibit contains three times more liberal items than conservative ones, arguing conservative perspectives are being systematically excluded.
The report singled out the Entertainment Nation exhibit for displays on the Phoenix Suns’ 2010 immigration protest, Black Lives Matter-linked "X-Men" messaging, "Glee" diversity themes and Bill Russell’s civil-rights activism.
It also criticized artifacts tied to Nipsey Hussle, Jason Collins, Anthony Fauci and female skateboarders as evidence the Smithsonian is emphasizing identity and activism over politically neutral historical presentation.
The Smithsonian had not commented at publication, leaving the dispute centered on whether national museums are documenting social change or drifting leftward.
