The Saudi labor ministry said the gains reflect heavier use of digital labor-market services designed to document employment relationships, protect worker and employer rights, and improve transparency under Vision 2030.
Qiwa also issued 163,349 salary certificates, 63,736 experience certificates and 72,407 Saudization compliance certificates for businesses meeting national hiring requirements.
The platform’s latest quarterly figures add to recent international recognition, including a World Summit on the Information Society Prize and the 2026 Gulf Customer Experience Award.
