Patch 1.18.00 adds Quest Knowledge to Crimson Desert across eight categories, with completed quests credited retroactively so players do not need to start a new game.
Three target-lock camera modes—Manual, Semi-auto and Auto—aim to give players more control over camera rotation during combat.
Pearl Abyss also fixed rendering corruption on some GPUs, including the GTX 1060, when FSR or XeSS frame generation was enabled, along with low-FPS camera jitter and unstable indoor lighting.
The update further switches research spending from silver to camp funds and resolves issues affecting mounts, quick-slot arrows, localization and text quality across all languages.
