Marvel Cosmic Invasion Adds 2 Characters in Doctor Doom DLC This Fall

As of now, Dotemu and Tribute Games have confirmed only that The Siege of Castle Doom will add two new playable Marvel heroes when it launches in fall 2026, but the characters’ identities remain undisclosed. What is known is that the paid expansion centers on Doctor Doom and adds a new story-focused mode set around him. The publishers have also said there is still no trailer or screenshot release, so there are no visual clues yet about which heroes may be involved. The safest answer, based on the announcement and follow-up reports, is that any specific names would be speculation. More details are expected later this year. Until then, the only confirmed additions tied to recent DLC are Cyclops and The Thing, who arrived earlier in May as the previous character pack.
