A 40-year-old woman was chased around 5:30 a.m. on Aug. 12 near 1500 JFK Blvd, where a masked man made threats and caused her to fall and suffer injuries.
Philadelphia police said the suspect then fled into SEPTA Suburban Station and are asking the public to help identify him from released video and still images.
