Flexential Secures $800 Million for 130 MW Data Center Expansion

$800 million in new credit will fund more than 130 megawatts of Flexential data center capacity under construction or planned across four U.S. markets.
130 MW of projects are aimed at enterprise and AI demand, including 36 MW sites in Atlanta-Douglasville and Portland-Hillsboro, a 22.5 MW facility in Denver-Parker, another 36 MW in Hillsboro and a 4.5 MW Atlanta-Norcross expansion.
60% above its initial $500 million target, the facility was oversubscribed and backed by an 11-bank syndicate alongside equity support from sponsors GI Partners and MSIP.
The dedicated financing platform gives Flexential committed capital from planning through delivery, letting it build ahead of customer growth across its national footprint.
