Port Vila-based Haos Blo Wok said it will introduce virtual reality training for young Ni-Vanuatu, expanding job preparation into hands-on technical fields.
Five trade areas are set to be covered: electrical work, plumbing, construction, welding and architecture, using VR to build practical skills.
The plan was announced at the official opening of Haos Blo Wok’s new facility in Port Vila, tying the technology rollout to the center’s expansion.
Australian High Commissioner Max Willis backed the initiative, saying it would open more pathways for young people preparing for employment in Vanuatu.
