Shoosmiths to Outline Employment Rights Act 2025 at Oct. 14 HR Event

Jonathan Naylor, a Shoosmiths partner, will speak at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 14 at Employee Benefits Live 2026 on what employers need to know about the Employment Rights Act 2025.
Naylor said the session will explain changes already in force and others expected within the next year, which he described as the biggest shift in UK employment law in decades.
The talk is aimed at HR, reward and benefits leaders, with a focus on identifying the act's toughest operational challenges and how organisations can prepare for them.
