Rare Element Resources Denies August 26 Investment Claim, Warns on Unauthorized Research

Rare Element Resources said Aug. 20 that no discussions, negotiations or agreements exist over the purported strategic investment described in online market research.
The company said the materials were unauthorized, that it has no affiliation with them, and that they falsely suggested an announcement could come as soon as Aug. 26.
RER urged shareholders to treat unsolicited research and promotional material cautiously and to rely instead on SEC filings and official company press releases.
