Thirty-one draft-eligible or draft-worthy quarterbacks were slotted into Rounds 1-7 in an early 2027 NFL draft board, with the analyst saying four or more could go in Round 1.
Round 1 currently features CJ Carr, Arch Manning, Drew Mestemaker and Dante Moore, a group boosted after Manning and Moore returned to school for the 2026 season.
Mestemaker brings the biggest statistical case after an FBS-best 4,379 passing yards, while Moore completed 71.8% of his throws and Manning added 399 rushing yards with 10 scores.
The next tier includes Trinidad Chambliss, Darian Mensah, Julian Sayin and LaNorris Sellers, with Sayin's FBS-high 77% completion rate contrasting with Sellers' elite tools but uneven passing.
