No. The available evidence points much more strongly to David Harbour making a joke than accidentally exposing Marvel’s real plan for Robert Downey Jr. In the Variety interview, Harbour delivered “You … are Tony Stark” in a deadpan Russian accent while being prompted to say a line from Avengers: Doomsday.
