Inission Says June 22 Ransomware Attack Leaked Banking and Health Data

Part of Inission Power Finland’s database has already surfaced online after a ransomware attack detected on June 22, exposing data tied to employees, former staff, shareholders and people linked to the board.
Leaked information could include personal ID numbers, banking and salary details, health records and shareholding data, raising risks of fraud and identity misuse.
Inission said it isolated and restored the affected server environment the same day and that daily operations continued without significant disruption.
The company still cannot rule out that more data was shared with third parties or published after the intrusion, widening the fallout beyond the initial breach.
