Summary
Three agreements were signed in Kyiv by Finnish and Ukrainian companies to develop drones in Finland for Ukraine and Europe, expand uncrewed naval systems, and set up a UGV manufacturer.
President Volodymyr Zelensky said the deals deepen defense-industry cooperation by pairing Ukraine's battlefield experience with Finnish technology; Finnish President Alexander Stubb named Insta, Boomeranger and Patria as participants.
The signings came as leaders from Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Norway arrived ahead of Ukraine's Independence Day for talks with Zelensky and a wider Coalition of the Willing meeting.
Zelensky also used the visit to press air-defense needs, saying Ukraine has received only 264 Patriot missiles this year and needs more interceptors and production licenses before winter.
