AOCR 2026 in Singapore marked Perceptra’s formal international debut, where the Thai startup launched Inspectra MMG, an AI mammography system built to read Asian breast tissue and flag signs of breast cancer earlier.
The expansion leans on Perceptra’s track record in Thailand, where its chest X-ray product Inspectra CXR is covered under the Universal Coverage Scheme and already used in more than 630 hospitals.
Perceptra is targeting Asian markets that face the same bottlenecks seen across Southeast Asia—too few specialists, uneven screening access outside major cities, and rising imaging workloads for radiologists.
The company positions the software as a support tool rather than a physician replacement, aiming to help health systems screen more patients within existing staffing and infrastructure limits.
