Samsung has begun pushing the August 2026 security update to the Galaxy S25 lineup, starting in South Korea with firmware version S93xNKSSCCZH2.
The 558.91MB update patches 56 security vulnerabilities, extending Samsung’s August rollout after the company earlier released the same month’s patch for the Galaxy S26 series.
Galaxy S25 users in other markets are likely to receive the update within days based on Samsung’s usual rollout pattern, and can check manually through Settings > Software update.
The S25 series currently runs One UI 8.5 and remains eligible for One UI 9.0, Samsung’s next interface based on Android 17.
