Police have noted that Streeter was known to travel and camp in isolated areas and sometimes go out of contact for short periods. So the RV’s significance is not a known secret but an unresolved clue: it marks the last confirmed location tied to Streeter and suggests he may have left the vehicle on foot or otherwise become separated from it in a rugged, remote area.
