Vinyl sales helped drive the result, with Heaton's LP shifting more copies on the format than any other album in the past seven days.
Dolly Parton, who died earlier this week at 80, returned to the UK singles top 40 with three songs: Jolene at No. 9, 9 to 5 at No. 12 and Islands in the Stream at No. 13.
Her 2022 compilation Diamonds & Rhinestones also reached the albums top 10 for the first time, as the Official Charts Company said the rebound reflected the UK's enduring love for her music.
Elsewhere in the charts, Sam Fender and Olivia Dean's Rein Me In extended its record as the longest-running UK number one single.
