Raquel Lee Bolleau Sues Disney Over Alleged Assault at 14 During 2001 Filming

Raquel Lee Bolleau alleges in a new lawsuit that a Disney employee repeatedly sexually assaulted her when she was 14 during production of the 2001 Disney Channel film "The Poof Point."
The complaint says Disney staff told her to "bond" with the adult employee, separated her from her guardian despite California child-actor protections, and left the man with unrestricted access to her.
Bolleau says warning signs were ignored after she returned to set smelling of alcohol, vomiting and visibly changed, while executives instead labeled her "out of control" and blamed her behavior.
The suit also alleges the employee harassed her openly on set and assaulted her again on a flight to Los Angeles after Disney seated Bolleau in first class and her guardian in economy.
Bolleau is seeking compensatory and punitive damages on negligence-related claims, arguing Disney failed to protect a minor performer; Disney did not respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.
