Eight challenged pitches were all overturned against home plate umpire Bill Miller in Cincinnati’s 10-8 win at Wrigley Field, the worst single-game ABS challenge performance since MLB introduced the system in 2026.
Chicago won five challenges and Cincinnati three, with only two of the eight disputed pitches originally called strikes; Carson Kelly initiated four successful Cubs challenges, while Jose Trevino won two for the Reds.
