More than 9,000 bones and bone fragments still have not been examined, leaving what Jellison called several tragedies unresolved nearly 30 years after about 10,000 remains were recovered from the 18-acre estate.
Mark Goodyear, Baumeister's self-described sole survivor, could help identify victims because of his ties to Indianapolis gay clubs, but Jellison said Goodyear was not honest in past conversations and has not fully cooperated.
Jellison said Goodyear is not the suspected accomplice; in the documentary, he said there are strong indications of another suspect while stressing his priority remains naming victims and determining how they died.
