Google Opens Dreambeans to Free US Accounts After AI Ultra, Pro Rollout

Free US Google accounts can now test Dreambeans, a Google Labs app that had been limited to AI Ultra subscribers in June and AI Pro users earlier this month.
Dreambeans builds personalized daily visual stories by drawing on Google’s Personal Intelligence system, with optional access to Gmail, Photos, Calendar, Workspace, Search history and YouTube.
Those signals let the app suggest topics, trips, events and activities, then pair each story with Nano Banana 2-generated artwork and an “Ask anything” chat for follow-up details.
Android and iOS users in the US may wait up to 1 day for their first stories, while Google still has not said how the standalone Labs experiment will evolve beyond testing.
