$279.99 CAD CIRQA is Garmin’s first screen-free smart band, built to track sleep, workouts and recovery without notifications or an on-wrist display.
10-day battery life and no required subscription underpin the pitch, while the band logs heart rate, stress, skin temperature, Pulse Ox, Body Battery and detailed sleep metrics through Garmin Connect.
More than 80 activities can be tracked manually, with automatic activity recognition and advanced metrics such as Training Readiness, HRV Status, VO2 max and recovery estimates still included.
Connected GPS is the main trade-off: outdoor run, walk and ride mapping relies on a paired iPhone or Android device rather than built-in GPS, making CIRQA less suited to users who want to leave phones behind.
Garmin is targeting buyers drawn to lower-distraction wearables, adding women’s health tracking, LiveTrack and an optional $59.99 USD upper-arm band to broaden the device’s appeal.
