Germany to Blame Russian Intelligence for August 4 Leipzig Drone Attack

Berlin is set to announce Tuesday that Russian intelligence was behind the August 4 attempted drone attack at Leipzig airport, where an explosives-laden drone was found near a Ukrainian cargo plane.
