Ochocinco Picks Bengals-Rams Super Bowl LXI Rematch Ahead of 17-Game 2026 Season

One week before the 2026 NFL season opens, Chad Ochocinco said his “storybook” Super Bowl LXI matchup would be a Bengals-Rams rematch of the 2021 title game at SoFi Stadium.
The former Bengals receiver cast the Rams as the team to beat, pointing to Matthew Stafford’s 2025 MVP season and a defense featuring Aaron Donald out of retirement alongside Myles Garrett.
Cincinnati, in his view, has reached a put-up-or-shut-up year after backing Joe Burrow with Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins and defensive additions including Jonathan Allen, Dexter Lawrence and Bryan Cook.
Burrow’s health remains the key variable after he played only 8 games last season, even though Ochocinco said the Bengals now have enough support on both sides of the ball to contend.
Ochocinco made the prediction while promoting DraftKings Gameday on Sept. 2, part of the company’s first football season operating in all 50 states.
