Summary
$376 million Glen Allen, Virginia, advisor Dickerson Jackson & Associates has agreed to sell its investment advisory business to Wealth Enhancement Group, adding a four-person team led by Jeff Dickerson and Todd Jackson.
The deal deepens Wealth Enhancement's footprint in Virginia beyond Falls Church and gives Dickerson Jackson access to a larger platform while preserving its client-planning approach, the firms said.
Assets at Wealth Enhancement now top $161.4 billion including deals still being integrated, up from $160.1 billion reported as of July 31.
The acquisition extends a busy summer buying streak that has pushed Wealth Enhancement into markets including the Pacific Northwest and Alabama, with seven transactions announced in the second quarter.
That pace mirrors a broader RIA consolidation wave: Echelon said repeat acquirers made up 62.5% of second-quarter 2026 deal volume, as Wealth Enhancement itself is reportedly being shopped at about a $7 billion valuation including debt.
